Overview
A top-down ability action game made in a team of 7 over the course of 7 weeks.
I took on the role of lead programmer throughout development, guiding the 3 other programmers on their tasks.
Was responsible for the Ability System, UI implementation, main menu and win levels, art asset integration, SFX integration, destruction integration, and a portion of the enemies.
I contributed a substantial amount to the required connective-tissue type work, where I would integrate a team-member's work with the others' systems.
During development, we hosted two rounds of playtesting- the first being among close friends 3 weeks into development, and the second being at a large university department event in the 6th week.
